They develop layouts and massively invite the innocent public to buy.
This must serve as their future “investment” booby trap!
After selling off their plots, the same people will gather to forment false internal squabbles amongst themselves over authenticity of title to the same land they had jointly contributed and gleefully parcelated and shared.
A colony of touts and gangsters are invited, and mischievously briefed by their leadership, to start contesting the real ownership of the same layout, to ensure that access to it by the new owners are flagrantly breached and disrupted. They would be prepared to inflict unbridled harm and scare everybody away from that location.
A comedy of litigations and counter legal tussles are deliberately activated at the courts, with frustrating and lengthy durations, to further weaken the interest of the existing land owners, and possibly sedate them to abandon their hard-earned property investments.
A litany of ‘kangaroo’ injunctions are obtained to further exhibit to the public and the media that the dispute is extremely serious and genuine, as well as indefinite, in resolution timeline.
A default strategy is hurriedly incubated and churned out to some vulnerable landowners, to explore the option of “alternative settlement” to reclaim their land/plots.
If this “pseudo resolution kite” is accepted, the land owners will be asked to pay another huge sum of money, to re-purchase a supposedly “authentic title” to their land.
If the beguiling ploy of SCENE 7 meets with unintended consequences and resistance, a possible sinister coalition with greedy government agents may be contemplated, for a formal acquisition of same layout, for public purpose and speedy allocation.
Same recalcitrant community will initiate a compensatory MOU with the new GOD-FATHER LANDLORD, for a juicy percentage allocation of the “new layout”.
The “new loot” is shared hilariously by these actors, as an incentive for active participation and commendable role plays!
SOFT WARNING AND ADVICE
We need to wake up, unite and galvanize ourselves, as well as mobilize huge financial resources to fight our investment reclamation battles.
GOD IS ON OUR SIDE. We all bought these property investments with our hard-earned salaries.
We should not allow it to fizzle away due to fear, or willful inaction, and become the inheritance of prodigals.
