A social media critic and activist, Aisha Yesufu recently took to his social media page and reacted to the viral reports that some mobs have started attacking churches in Sokoto state. Aisha Yesufu said,
“Attacks on churches? Where are the violent and bloodthirsty clerics? Is attack on religious houses not forbidden by Islam? Did the Prophet not stopped and warned against attacking churches and synagogues? Who is disrespecting the Prophet more?”
