Anambra State Governor, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo has stated that the state government will pay #1 million to anyone who gives information about anyone or location where local drugs popularly known as Mkpulummili are manufactured in the state.
The Governor made this known in a live broadcast to the people of the state.
