Joe Igbokwe took to his official Facebook page to speak of the things that the National leader of their party, Bola Tinubu seems to have done for the President and his Vice.
According to the elder statesman, he noted that 2015, the news station called African Independent Television (AIT) was against the party chairman because he was with President Buhari, adding that they carried out a disturbing documentary concerning him which they later apologize for it.
Furthermore, he said in that same year he cheerfully forfeited the Vice President slot he was offered for Professor Yemi Osinbajo who happen to be his political son because it was a Muslim/Muslim entry. Moreso he said that in 2020 during the EndSARS protests his properties were set ablaze by hoodlums over his commitment to the Buhari government.
In addition, he affirms that his boss didn’t attain any political appointment since 2007 when he left his office, yet he has made so much contribution to the Democratic processes than any other Politician in Nigeria as an opposition and as a member of the ruling party in authority.
In conclusion, he said that it is so sad after all the bombs he has shielded for the nation and this administration, that is when people are saying he is now feeling too entitled. Finally, he said, the people’s reactions are because he desires to govern the country ruler in a free and fair electioneering process as he asks what can be more disheartening than this.
