•Says Initiative deserves Commendation, Supports, wider spread across Enugu
Hon. Ikenna Nwodo, the Executive Chairman of Igboetiti local government area, on 19th of June, 2022, received copies of book, chronicling Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi’s Massive achievements in office, in six years, in his countryhome at Ukehe.
During the presentation, the Council Chairman, however, declared total supports for the book, titled, “A Glance at Governor Ugwuanyi’s Massive achievements in 6 Years”, authored by Gwiyi Solomon, Chief of Protocol and SPA on Media to Uzo Uwani Council Chairman, Hon. Chukwudi Celestine Nnadozie.
Recall that the book which was launched on the 4th of December, 2021, at The Base Events Centre, Enugu, had attracted the ‘who is who’ in Enugu State, with the secretary of Enugu State Government, Prof. Simon Uchenna Ortuanya as Representative of Governor.
Others who made the event colorful included Hon. Solomon Izuchukwu Onah, Chairman of ALGON, Enugu State; Uzo-Uwani Council Chairman, Hon. Chukwudi Celestine Nnadozie; former Chairman of Igboeze South LGA and new commissioner in the state, Comr. Peter Andy Omeje; elder statesman, Chief Maximus Ukuta; SPAs to the Governor, Rt. Hon. Barr. Jonathan Chukwuma, Hon. Erochukwu Ugwueze, etcetera.
Speaking during the book presentation at Ukehe, Hon. Nwodo, who took out his time to share and appreciate the wonderful initiative of the author of the book, noted that the initiative deserves massive supports, commendation and wider spread, to enable the writer achieve his aim of spreading the Governor’s footprints in six years.
“I must commend this wonderful initiative which deserves our supports, commendation and wider spread, in order to achieve your motive of embarking on the onerous assignment in the first instance.
“This is the kind of project I support. And I want you to count on my supports for this book.
The Council Chairman, further used the avenue to thank the Governor of Enugu State, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, for his numerous developmental strides in the state, in the past seven years.
Meanwhile, the author of the book, Gwiyi Solomon was accompanied on the visit by Comr. Chibueze Nwoga, who is state coordinator of Save Enugu Youths Initiative (SEYI).
