The Nigerian Senate on Wednesday received president Muhammadu Buhari’s request for confirmation of
Mohammed Bello as Chairman, Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC)
The request is contained in a letter read by the President of the Senate Ahmed Lawan during plenary
President Buhari says the request is in accordance with provision of 154( 1) of the 1999 constitution, as amended
He urged the lawmakers to consider and confirm the nominee in the usual expeditious manner
