Manchester United are in Australia ahead of their next season’s preparation with united’s supporters already expecting huge results from Erik Ten Hag’s squad who are without Christiano Ronaldo and Phil Jones.
The Red Devils have found a need to sign another striker following claims that the 37 year old is planning to exit Old Trafford following a slash of his wages by 25%.
Besides Ronaldo, the availability of Anthony Martial isn’t taken seriously and therefore signing a striker is a must objective for Ten Hag.
According to Express Sport, the Dutchman is keen on hijacking Brian Brobbey’s move to Ajax from Rb Leipzig with the 27 year old being valued at £17m only.
It’s claimed that Ten Hag made several phone calls in attempt to lure the star to sign for Man United as a potential replacement for Ronaldo with striker still waiting for contract offers from Ajax where he was on loan.
Meanwhile, Frankie De Jong has ruled out Man United’s move leaving the Red Devils with no option than turning their attention to Wolverhampton’s ace Ruben Neves.
