A former Youth Leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Deji Adeyanju, on Wednesday questioned the genuineness of the Catholic priests present at the official unveiling of Kashim Shettima as the Vice-Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Akelicious reports that Adeyanju insinuated that the unidentified persons dressed in robes at the event in Abuja earlier today were imposters hired by Bola Tinubu, the presidential flagbearer of the ruling party.
“Religion does not matter in a multi-religious nation but you had to get unknown bishops to legitimize your Muslim-Muslim ticket. Who’s fooling who?” Adeyanju wrote on his known Twitter handle.
