Keyamo, who is spokesperson to APC presidential candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu, had rated Labour Party’s Peter Obi ahead of PDP’s Atiku Abubakar who was vice president under Olusegun Obasanjo.
According to Keyamo, governors (like Obi was over Anambra) and presidents should be rated ahead of their deputies who make little to no decision over the affairs of the state.
But Obasanjo says Atiku was in charge of Nigeria whenever he (Obasanjo) was outside the country.
Atiku campaign spokesperson, Dino Melaye, echoed that sentiment while reacting to Keyamo’s comments.
