The Deputy President of the Nigerian Guild of Editors, Ali M. Ali, has spoken concerning the relationship between the presidential candidate of the APC, Bola Tinubu, and the South East geopolitical zone. Ali discussed the topic on AIT News, addressing recent moves of the APC chieftain.
Addressing the topic, Ali said, “I wish Bola Tinubu would be more engaged with elements from the South-East than he is. However, there is almost a slight from Bola Tinubu as far as the South East is concerned. Politicians are wired differently, and he may be working on something else.
He continued, “Perhaps Bola Tinubu has a strategy. I have always said that Tinubu has the media empire and the political connections to make any confrontation surrounding his presidential ambition seem acceptable. He has a PR strategist and a power pitch.
Ali also spoke concerning Tinubu’s visit to a former president of the country.
