The Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, yesterday, made it known that the Labour Party is no longer a political party, but a mass movement to take back the country for Nigerians.
According to Labour Party’s presidential candidate, the party wants to take Nigeria back to the root of greatness, where all Nigerians can be proud to say they are Nigerians.
Peter Obi, made this disclosure in Lagos during the formal reception for the 2021 governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Anambra State, Valentine Ozigbo, into the Labour Party, stating it clearly that he is determined and committed to turn Nigeria from consumption to production.
Speaking further, Peter Obi made it known to Nigerians that Brazil as a country of over 200 million population, had similar experience of depending on importation, but today things have changed because they now produce their own foods.
In addition, Peter Obi made it known that Nigerian children are being exported to other countries, because things are not working here, making it known that Labour Party will reverse it.
