It was indeed terrible yesterday as the decaying dead bodies of a man and his wife were found inside their room in Nnewichi, Nnewi yesterday.
When investigations were being carried out, it was discovered that both parents were ki!led by their son, their only Child.
This is an abomination!
Reports have it that the boy ki!led his parents after he requested for some money from them and they were unable to provide it for them. They boy is also said to be in Police custody at the moment, going through interrogations on the reason why he had to end the lives of his parents, abandon their bodies in their house and ran away.
The family is from Nsukka part of Enugu State.
Whatever could have happened, nothing justifies taking the lives of one’s parents.
This is not one of our values as Ndị Igbo!
