The Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has asked aggrieved members of his party to support his Presidential ambition, as he noted that he could not win the coming election alone.
Atiku made this plea at the inauguration ceremony of the Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Council, where aggrieved governors Nyesom Wike, and Seyi Makinde of Rivers, and Oyo States respectively were absent.
The former Vice President, who addressed the 600 members of the Campaign Council, said the task was to rebuild the Nation, as he mentioned that his plans would allow for inclusion of all citizens. He mentioned that his administration would operate on a true democratic system of government, where the security of the lives and properties of the people would be given priority.
The PDP bigwig mentioned that it would be impossible to carry out the said task without the efforts of all lovers of the country, which according to him, included members of his party.
