Nigerian political analyst and lawyer, Frank Tietie has disclosed that Celestine Omehia Will be heading towards serious bankruptcy if the executive governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike makes him to return the money he enjoyed when he served as governor of the state.
According to Frank Tietie, based on the court order, Celestine Omehia is to return all the salaries and other allowances he enjoyed when he served as the governor of Rivers state because the court considered his position as illegal and whatever salaries or benefits he got at the time were illegally acquired and should be returned to the state.
Frank Tietie made this remark during an interview just a few moments ago at about the 10th to 11th minute when he was speaking on the report of Celestine Omehia’s de-recognition as former governor of Rivers state.
In his opinion, Frank Tietie stated that if Nyesom Wike goes ahead to make Omehia to return the money, Omehia will be heading towards bankruptcy.
