The Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, has stated that any party that is contesting against the All Progressives Party in Lagos State is wasting its time.
Sanwo-Olu’s Chief Press Secretary, Gboyega Akosile, disclosed Wike’s statement on his Twitter handle on Tuesday.
He wrote, “Any party contesting against APC in Lagos is wasting time. Sanwo-Olu is a super performing Governor. – Gov. Nyesom Wike.”
Wike has earlier endorsed the Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, for a second term in office.
