APGA Presidential Candidate, Peter Umeadi Debunks Report On Starvation Of Funds For Campaign

Presidential Candidate of All Progressives Grand Alliance, Prof Peter Umeadi has dismissed a trending story of his being denied campaign funds as fake news.

A story making the rounds on social media alleges that the non financial commitment of Anambra State Governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo to APGA presidential race has left the candidate demoralized and stalled the party’s campaign.

Professor Umeadi dissociated himself from the report in it’s entirety as he neither expressed the views therein nor associated with anyone on a representative capacity.

The publication can only be described as baseless, speculative and fictive. This is obvious from the lack of attribution or any identifiable sources for the political thriller.

As the standard bearer of APGA, Prof Peter Umeadi knows and continues to have recourse to established channels of communication for addressing policy and other internal issues when the need arises.

Members of the party in particular are advised to ignore the insinuations in the publication and remain focused on the mission of achieving resounding success for APGA in the 2023 general election.

The APGA presidential march is on course with our message of a new Nigeria built on justice, fairness, frugal management of resources, gender, youth inclusiveness and federalist principles resonating with the people in all parts of the country.
