Chelsea have decided to persist with Graham Potter as their manager.
There have been calls from fans and pundits for the 47-year-old to be sacked.
After a fine start for Potter at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea have suffered a dip lately.
The former Brighton boss is under scrutiny already, with back-to-back defeats to Arsenal and Newcastle in the Premier League.
The Blues are also out of the Carabao Cup after they lost 2-0 at Manchester City.
But according to football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, the club have offered Potter their full support and feels a long-term project has only begun.
“Chelsea have no doubts on Graham Potter. Full support as long-term project has just started – feeling internally is that he needs time and he’s the right man for the job.
Board additions will continue with Paul Winstanley,” Romano tweeted Monday morning.
