Incoming NDDC Boss Bags PhD In Development Studies

The incoming Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Chief Samuel Ogbuku has bagged Doctorate degree in Development Studies, from the
Department of Political Science and Administrative Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences. University of Port Harcourt . The convocation ceremony took place at the Arena of the University on Saturday 3rd December 2022.

Dr Samuel amongst other graduants was awarded the degree having completed all academic requirements . Chief Ogbuku an indigene of Bayelsa state is a man of great intellectual prowess lil wonder the Department of Political science cleared him for graduation.

Speaking to news men after his convocation the incoming NDDC Boss said ” I am most grateful to God for this great feet , I feel honoured and blessed “, I must also appreciate my family and friends for their support through the duration of my study , I don’t take it lightly, I’m sure God will give me the Grace to do even more at the right time “.

Several persons including Traditional Rulers, Politicians , Captains of industries , family and friends honoured Chief Samuel with their presence as he convoked .

Attendees who spoke randomly told news men how Dr Samuel is a man of honour and high intelligence quotence , some even said they are foreseeing that he will become a Professor one day .
