The World football governing body FIFA has reacted after Former Real Madrid football club star Cristiano Ronaldo was unveiled to fans by Al Nassr football club of Saudi Arabia on Tuesday night.
Cristiano Ronaldo was signed by Al Nassr football club on a free transfer last week, less than two months after his contract was terminated by Manchester United football club, following his controversial interview with Piers Morgan.
The former Juventus football club star revealed that he was not respected by Manchester United football club and coach Erik ten Hag and the club decided to release him.
After his contract was terminated by Manchester United football club, Cristiano Ronaldo was linked with a move to the likes of Arsenal football club, Chelsea football club, Sporting Lisbon football club, FC Porto, clubs from the Major League Soccer in United States of America, and Brazilian League before Al Nassr football club eventually won the race.
Cristiano Ronaldo and his family landed in Riyadh airport in Saudi Arabia on Monday, and he was welcomed to the airport by thousands of fans. The Portugal national team star had his medical on Tuesday morning before he was presented to the fans at the Stadium.
Reacting after Cristiano Ronaldo was unveiled to the fans by Al Nassr football club, FIFA posted on their verified Twitter handle that;
“A new challenge for Cristiano Ronaldo.”
