The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has upturned the judgement of the Federal Hgh Court presided over by Hon. Justice Evelyn Maha ordering a rerun of the Guber primaries.
Delivering the judgement in an unanimous decision, the panel of Justices declared Edeoga the validly elected Gubernatorial Candidate of Labour Party.
