Dr. Ronke Bello, member, Directorate of Public Affairs, APC Presidential Campaign Council has said that the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi deserves some credits for coming this far as a presidential candidate, however, the youths who are believed to be strongly behind him will vote for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
During her appearance on TVC News on Thursday, Ronke Bello said that the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council have done their research to find out what the pull behind Peter Obi’s candidature is. According to her, Peter Obi is being followed by some youths because of his personal style. She admitted that Peter Obi is prudent.
According to her, Peter Obi’s pull factor is his prudence. She however said that Peter Obi’s pull factor is already falling apart. She said that as the election is gearing up, Nigerians are now asking the concrete questions which she said Bola Ahmed Tinubu has answered.
She said that the youths and even women want to see someone who is not telling them how he minimized spending because of cost, or he wanted to save money for the state but there is no growth. She added that it does not matter if someone doesn’t have shoes, rather, what Nigerians are looking for is someone who is tested and trusted.
She noted that they are confident that the youths who can vote will vote for the All Progressives Congress during the presidential election.
