The Supreme Court of Nigeria has again recognized Chief Edozie Njoku as the authentic National Chairman of APGA and indeed reinstated that the name of Chief Victor Oye was erroneously mentioned in the judgement of the court delivered on October 14, 2021.
In a letter dated 19th January 2023, signed by the Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court, Hajo Sarki Bello Esq, the Chief Justice of Nigeria said the name of Chief Victor Oye which appeared in the judgement SC/CV/687/2021 was made in error.
The letter stated that it was Chief Edozie Njoku and not Oye who was wrongly suspended by Chief Jude Okeke as the National Chairman of APGA and that Oye is only an interloper and never existed.
The CJN therefore directed Chief Edozie Njoku to file an application under order 8, rule 6 for the accident slip to be effected completely.
This is the final bus stop for Oye and his gang of criminals in APGA who have been extorting money from APGA members especially the aspirants and candidates of the party.
All controversies surrounding the correction of the judgement of October 14, 2021 which was corrected on May 9, 2022 where Chief Edozie Njoku was authenticated as the National Chairman of APGA have ended.
Congratulations to Chief Edozie Njoku.
INEC will now upload the names of APGA candidates for 2023 general elections as submitted by Chief Edozie Njoku, the National Chairman of APGA.
Note that the letter from the Supreme Court as directed by the CJN addressed Chief Edozie Njoku as the National Chairman of APGA with the address of the APGA National Secretariat at Maitama Abuja.
