The NWC of the PDP has suspended Senator Chimaroke Nnamani from the party.
Chimaroke Nnamani is the former governor of Enugu state and serving senator representing Enugu east Senatorial zone.
He is suspended from PDP based on anti party activities.
Senator Nnamani despite being a senatorial candidate of PDP in Enugu state is openly supporting and campaigning for Bola Tinubu of APC for president.
With his suspension, he will lose his position as the leader of the party in Enugu east Senatorial zone and subsequently lose his reelection bid to the senate.
Infact, his senatorial ambition is now with a k-leg. PDP may likely withdraw his nomination as a candidate of the party for Enugu east senatorial zone. No PDP member in Enugu state is expected to associate with him. Anyone who does so, will likely be suspended as well.
It is over for Chimaroke Nnamani in PDP, he can now defect to APC.
