Supreme Court has just affirmed Hon. Barr. Ifeanyi Chudy Momah as the authentic candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for Ihiala Federal Constituency.
Hon. Momah is the incumbent member representing Ihiala Federal Constituency and also the Chairman, House Committee on FCT Judiciary, in the House of Representatives
The Supreme Court while unanimously dismissing the appeal filed by one Mr Nwadimbu held that Hon. Momah is the PDP candidate that will contest election on the 25th February, 2023.
