Peter Ayodele Fayose who happens to be the former Governor of Ekiti State has recently sent a message to the members of the Peoples Democratic Party. Through a tweet which he made on his official Twitter page, Peter Ayodele Fayose stated that he was calling for the resignation of the Peoples Democratic Party’s chairman, Iyorchia Ayu due to his incapacity to take the party to the next level.
This statement is coming shortly after the former Governor congratulated the President-elect of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his victory towards acquiring the Presidency.
In his words, “As for the PDP National Chairman, Iyorchia Ayu, I call for his immediate resignation for his inability to move the party forward.”
Many people who saw this were amazed as they reacted vigorously to the post, supporting him on his motion, while others gave their thoughts and opinions on what he said.
