Former Niger Delta militant leader, Asari Dokubo, has reacted to the victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, and congratulated Rivers State Governor, Nyesome Wike, on the victory.
Akelicious previously reported that, according to the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) results, Tinubu won with a total of 231, 593 votes, defeating his closest rival, Peter Obi of the Labour Party in Rivers State.
Tinubu was in a slight lead until Wike’s Obio-Akpor local government results of 80,239 votes were announced, giving Tinubu a dramatic boost that led to his victory.
Peter Obi received 3829 votes, while Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) received 368 votes.
While celebrating Tinubu’s victory with his band, Asari Dokubo praised Wike for doing a good job in Rivers State.

The ex-militant leader also chastised Rotimi Amaechi, the former governor of Rivers State, for failing to deliver votes for the APC.
