Popular Arise TV reported, Oseni Rufai has deemed it necessary to elaborate Nigerians on why it maybe difficult for the Law Court to Nullify Tinubu’s victory as the President-Elect.
He went further to outline some elements that are already involved in the tribune which maybe difficult for opposition parties to conquer.

According to them, they revealed that Popular television broadcaster and co-host of the Morning Show on the Arise TV station, Rufai Oseni, has expressed doubt over any possibility of the judiciary nullifying the election of Bola Ahmed Tinubu after he has been sworn in on May 29.
The journalist commented on the need for constitutional reforms to check the excessive powers of the Nigerian president because the Nigerian president is like a monarchy with unquestionable authority, according to the broadcaster.
Rufai made the remarks on his appearance appearing as a guest on 90MinutesAfrica hosted by Rudolf Okonkwo and Chido Onumah on Sunday.
Speaking on the Matter, He Stated, he said, “The Nigerian president is a government. Whenever he is confirmed, he accepts monarchical powers. A Nigerian president resembles what the Yoruba calls ‘kabiyesi’. You can scarcely address him.”
The February 25 Presidential Election, which Bola Ahmed Tinubu won, was full of inconsistencies. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) abused its own constituent rules by failing to transmit the polling unit results of the election to the results viewing portal (IReV) in real-time.
The Presidential Candidates of (PDP) and Labour Party (LP) dismissed the result of the activity and have since documented petitions at the Official Political decision Request Council.
