Fashola Describes Tinubu As Night Owl

Fashola, Tinubu

President-elect Bola Tinubu is a night owl, according to Babatunde Fashola, the minister of works and housing in Nigeria. Fashola reportedly admitted that when he succeeded Lai Mohammed as Tinubu’s chief of staff, he was busy day and night. He claimed that the former governor of Lagos State may choose to get up at night and work all through it.

When Bola Tinubu is eventually sworn into office, the former governor of Lagos state urged individuals who want to work with him to be prepared to work both day and night since he enjoys working late into the evening.

According to him, “I was Bola Tinubu’s chief of staff for four and half years, I took over from Lai Mohammed. In terms of controlling Asiwaju’s schedule, that was a stretch, he has day and night schedules. Let me warn those who are going to work with him, he is very nocturnal, I hope he changes. He would wake you up at night. He does his best work in the dead of the night. Unless you can push back and clean your space at night, he would encroach on it. Bola Tinubu is very detailed, he micromanages.”
