Gambari Bags National Honor

Former Nigeria’s chief of staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Professor Ibrahim Gambari has bagged National Productivity order of Merit Award NPOMA.

Gambari who made the list of 2022 awardees was honored for his selfless services both nationally and internationally to the advancement of Nigeria.

The Honor confered on him at the 20th edition of the program was announced by the management of National Productivity Centre NPC, Abuja.

Ambassador Gambari, a prince of Ilorin emirate and from the famous Sulu Gambari family was at one time or the other Nigerians permanent representative in the United kingdom, and Minister of foreign Affairs under the military administration of President Muhammadu Buhari between 1983-1985.

Gambari who returned to Nigeria after his appointment as Chief of Staff in 2020, and served diligently towards the success of the immediate past administration.
