The FCT police command has denied reports of an alleged kidnapping incident at River Park estate in the early hours of Saturday, January 20. In a statement released by its spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh, the commend stated that contrary to reports, nobody was kidnapped in the said estate.
According to Adeh, one Nnandi Agu ‘m’ of Games Village only faked his own kidnap in an attempt to defraud his brother who lives within the said Estate. She mentioned that the suspect is currently in police custody undergoing interrogation.
