An alarm has been raised by the Bodija Estate Residents Association in Ibadan that a total of nine residents from the area have gone missing since last week.
This declaration was made by the association on Wednesday.
It is noteworthy that an explosive device detonated last Tuesday, resulting in the deaths of at least five individuals and multiple injuries.
Muyiwa Bamgbose, the President of the association, stated that they have been searching for these nine missing residents since the incident took place.
This information was obtained from their efforts to gather data on the residents and the affected residences.
He said, “It is now towards eight or nine people that have been missing.
“We have brought the map of the street, and we are trying to account for house by house, that is how we can actually get an accurate figure.
“If a person was seen yesterday and you cannot find him today, then you know you need to get worried.”
