Governor Sanwo-Olu effects the arrest of a soldier and four others plying one-way with their motorcycles along Lagos-Badagry Expressway this morning January 2.
The erring motorcycle riders left their motorcycles and passengers upon sighting the convoy of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu. One of the offenders – a lance corporal in the Army – was arrested with his bike.
