Al Nassr humiliated Inter Miami on Thursday night by thrashing the Major League Soccer side 6-0 in Saudi Arabia.
The game had been billed as the ‘Last Dance’ between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, but neither superstar started the game.
Ronaldo did not feature at all due to a calf injury, while Messi stayed on the bench until the 83rd minute when he came on for a late cameo.
In Ronaldo’s absence, Talisca netted a hat-trick for Saudi Pro League side.
Otavio, Aymeric Laporte and Mohammed Maran also found the net.
Laporte’s goal was out of this world. The former Manchester City defender beat Herons keeper Drake Callender with an outrageous free-kick from well inside his own half in the 12th minute.
Ronaldo reacted in the stands by jumping to his feet and throwing both of his arms in the air. Meanwhile, Messi looked visibly stunned.
