Chelsea Football Club is reportedly considering parting ways with two high-profile players, Thiago Silva and Raheem Sterling, at the conclusion of the current season.
According to a report by Graeme Bailey for HITC Sport, Silva, whose contract with Chelsea expires at the end of the season, is not being considered for a new deal by Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Raheem Sterling, who was one of the initial high-profile signings during Todd Boehly’s tenure, has not quite met expectations at Chelsea.
While Sterling remains a key player for the team this season, it is understood that the club may opt to offload him in the summer transfer window.
