His Excellency, you’re one of the most distinguished governors of the South East, that have elevated the fundamental, economic and investment values of ndi Igbo to its prime state. We are indeed proud of your emerging technological and innovative orientations and cautiousness, that is on the transient among the youth of Enugu State.
