The Senior Special Assistant to the Enugu State Governor, Dr. Peter Mbah, on Mainstream Media, Hon. Dan Nwomeh, is set to commit late mother to earth on Saturday, April 27.
Nwomeh’s mother, Mrs Ezinne Margaret Nebechi Nwomeh, who passed away on 25 February, 2024, would be given a benefitting burial this weekend, at Ozalla, according to the burial programme signed by the family.
The family has also announced a vigil Mass and wake for the late Margaret Nwomeh at the family compound, Old Four Corners, Ozalla, in Nkanu West local government area of the state, according to the Catholic liturgical rite.
Until her demise, Mrs Nwomeh was a devout Catholic where she held several positions and titles due to her virtuous lifestyle which included, Ezinne, Nneohaa.
She was a community health worker, nurse and midwife in several communities, devoting her entire working career in the public service until her retirement
Late Mrs Nwomeh would be remembered for her good works, philanthropy, foundation, godly virtues and staunch Christian faith.
According to Dan Nwomeh, Mama would be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren, family members and friends and well-wishers.
The media community mourns with one of her own, and prays for the repose of the soul of Late Margaret Nwomeh.
