Former communications minister, Adebayo Shittu, has called on Nigerians to exercise patience with the Tinubu-led government, saying Nigeria will be better in the next two or three months.
He disclosed this during an interview with Channels TV on Tuesday, May 7.
According to him, restructuring an edifice needs time, saying that such Nigerians need to be patient.
He partly said: “We need to be patient, by the time he is celebrating his first year, I want to believe that he will have a lot to tell Nigerians.
“Where he has gotten to as of today, and where he is taking Nigeria to.
“The truth is we are all going through hard times, but I have learnt to be patient, because in reconstructing any edifice, you need time, you need patience, you need organisational ability, and all of that.
“And I want to believe that in another two, three months, Nigeria would be better than it is today.”
