President Tinubu Departs Lagos For Abuja

President Bola Tinubu has left Lagos for Abuja, where he will be inaugurating several projects executed by the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA).

In a video posted on X by his media aide on social media, Dada Olusegun, on Tuesday, May 28, the president departed from the Presidential Wing of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.

He was bid farewell by Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Chief of Staff to the President Femi Gbajabiamila, and other dignitaries.

During his stay in Lagos, the president commissioned several projects, amongst which is the official commencement of construction for the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, starting from the Victoria Island segment of the extensive 700-kilometer route.

This endeavour has been hailed as a pivotal driver for both economic advancement and the development of rural communities.
