The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike, has stated that Abuja will be used to showcase that President Bola Tinubu Renewed Hope Agenda is real, working, and practical.
He stated this during the inauguration of the Abuja metro rail line on Wednesday, May 29.
He said: “For me, today is the happiest day. We’re talking about the renewed hope agenda, what is the renewed hope agenda? giving back hope to the people. That is what it means.
“So it is a reality. People will now be happy that I can come to the city and go back.
“Those who want to watch a football match will take the train down to the nearest train station, walk down to the Moshood Abiola stadium, finish the match, go back to the train station and go back to their houses.
“So when people talk about the renewed hope, it is as if it is just mere talk, It is a reality. And we want to use Abuja to showcase that the renewed hope agenda is real, working, practical.
“So Mr. President, this is part of promise made and promise fulfilled.”
