The United States has lifted a ban on providing weapons to the Ukrainian Azov Brigade, a regiment with known neo-Nazi links.
The US Embassy in Ukraine confirmed that the unit has “passed the inspection required by US law” and is now eligible to receive American weapons and security assistance.
