Waldemar Anton is set to join Borussia Dortmund from Stuttgart, despite interest from Leverkusen and Premier League clubs.
The agreement on personal terms has been reached, and Dortmund will pay the release clause of around €22m to secure the transfer.
The formal steps are yet to be completed, but Anton is expected to replace Mats Hummels at BVB.
