The Anambra State Government has announced plans to dualize the Amawbia-Agulu-Nanka-Ekwulobia-Uga Road, and has issued a notice to property owners along the affected routes to relocate any structures within the right of way.

According to a statement signed by the Commissioner for Information, Paul Nwosu, the dualization project aims to improve the road infrastructure and enhance transportation in the state. However, the government has warned that any properties that do not comply with the federal regulation of a 47.5-meter setback from the center of the road will be demolished without further notice.

The government has urged property owners to relocate promptly to avoid any adverse consequences. The notice is aimed at minimizing losses and disruptions to affected property owners.

The dualization project is expected to commence soon, and the government has assured citizens that the project will be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
