On Thursday at the Federal High Court in Abuja, Mr. Saleh Mamman, who previously served as the Minister of Power during ex-President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration, experienced a health-related episode and collapsed outside the courtroom due to ill health.
Present before Justice James Omotosho, the legal representative of the former minister, Femi Ate, SAN, responded promptly when called upon to enter the plea.
During the proceedings, the former minister returned to the courtroom and entered the dock, with some of his attire visibly soaked.
