Senator Nwoye opined that in the Forth coming Party Congress, there will be no imposition of Party Officers. Those that will lead must come from the People at their various wards and Local Government. Nobody will impose anybody on the Party. Every ward must go back to the grassroot and decide.

He enjoined the Leaders to create room to retain some Party Officers who did marvellously well as officers of the party. At our various Wards and Local Government, we can assess the capability and capacity of each officer. Those who did well, must be retained. If there is a need to bring in formidable persons, it must be by mutual understanding. So that at the end of the exercise, we will still be friends, brothers and family.
