Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has inaugurated and commissioned a twin housing project in the Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA). The project, comprising Raymond Estate and Sterling Heights, was delivered by the council chairman, Hon. Dele Oshinowo.
Raymond Estate features 64 apartments, including 32 three-bedroom, 16 four-bedroom, and 16 two-bedroom units. Sterling Heights, on the other hand, consists of eight blocks of 64 flats, 32 terraces, and 10 semi-detached apartments.
Governor Sanwo-Olu highlighted the benefits of the project, stating that it will enhance the quality of life for citizens and allow them to feel the impact of the government’s efforts. The project is part of the state government’s initiative to regenerate and urbanize the area.
