The Court of Appeal in Abuja has ordered Governor Yahaya Bello to appear in a corruption case, a matter the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has been investigating.
The court stated that the former Kogi State Governor should make himself available for trial before taking any further steps in the case.
The court has now overturned the judgment issued by the Kogi State High Court.
