Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara, has officially flagged off the construction of two state-of-the-art hospitals in the state: a Neuropsychiatric Hospital and a General Hospital.
During an on-site assessment, Governor Fubara expressed satisfaction with the progress of work on the projects, praising the contractors for their dedication and expertise.
