Nigeria’s Senate Leader, Senator Opeyemi Bamidele has denied working against the interest of Yorubas in the National Assembly.
Opeyemi debunked the claim at a function in Ado Ekiti, where fertilizers were being distributed to Farmers from Ekiti central Senatorial district.
He said the alleged claim was an attempt to paint him black before the Yorubas and other ethnics in the country.
The Senate leader noted that there is no such bill or proposal before the national assembly. He stress that he is working with other senators from the southwest to bring development to the region.
