Group have called for the immediate release of detained human rights lawyer and activist, Dele Farotimi, by the Nigerian Police Force (NPF)
The national coordinator of the group Dr yunus Tanko made this known in Kaduna while briefing newsmen, he expressed deep concern over Farotimi’s arrest on allegations of defamation of character.
Dr Yunus stated that Farotimi’s arrest was a violation of legal principles and an affront to the rule of law while appealing for his immediate release.
