~ Says prioritisation of health in Anaocha, a key agenda

The Mayor of Anaocha Local Government Area, Hon. Rome Ibekwe, has commissioned St. Cletus Hospital, Neni, marking a significant footprint in the history of Anaocha’s health sector.

This development is an indication to the Local Government’s commitment to prioritizing the health and well-being of its people.

Under Hon. Ibekwe’s watch, health has been a top priority, and the partnership between the Local Government and private individuals has given the health sector a commendable boost. The Aku-luo-uno Philosophy of coming home to invest is also yielding positive results, as evidenced by the CEO of St. Cletus Hospital, Neni, who is a great son of Anaocha soil.

Hon. Ibekwe expressed his gratitude to Dr. Afam Obidike, the Honourable Commissioner for Health in Anambra State, and Dr. Onyemaechi, for their substantial support and presence throughout the project and commissioning.

The health sector is one area where the Anambra State Government, under the leadership of Prof. Soludo, has invested heavily. Recently, Anambra State was ranked number one in the health sector, a proof to the Governor’s progressive vision. Anaocha Local Government has demonstrated a similar commitment to providing quality healthcare services at the grassroots level.

St. Cletus Hospital, Neni, boasts of state-of-the-art facilities and world-class equipment, providing comprehensive healthcare services to diagnose and administer solutions to medically challenged individuals. This development aligns with the greater Anaocha vision of creating a Local Government where people can thrive in sound health and well-being.
